Communications, Information System and Software Engineering  is be organized as a workshop of the 6th International Academic Exchange Conference on Science and Technology Innovation.  As a new round of technological revolution and industrial reforms takes shape, a stronger momentum for innovative breakthroughs is witnessed in some scientific difficulties and core and key technologies.
